1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of hardware and related products purchased through the online store operated by Invision Marketing Services (“Invision”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order through our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all purchases made via our website relating to hardware products used with Passtab, Resitab, Entrytab and associated systems.

 

2. Products

Our online store offers hardware and consumable products including, but not limited to:

  • iPad stands and mounting hardware
  • RFID readers and related accessories
  • Label rolls and other consumables
  • Other accessories used in conjunction with Passtab, Resitab or Entrytab systems

notice.

 

3. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. A Tax Invoice will be provided for all orders. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. In the event of a manifest pricing error, we reserve the right to
cancel the order and provide a full refund.

 

4. Orders

When you place an order through our online store:

  • You are making an offer to purchase the product.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.

 

5. Payment

Payment for orders placed through the online store may be made by:

Credit card, processed securely through our third-party payment provider Stripe, or

Invoice, where payment is made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the bank account details provided on the invoice.

All credit card payments are processed securely via Stripe. Invision Marketing Services does not store or retain credit card details.

Where payment is made via invoice, the invoice must be paid within the payment terms specified on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Orders may not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by Invision Marketing Services.

Risk and Title: Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. However, legal title (ownership) of the goods does not pass to the customer until Invision Marketing Services has received payment in full for the order.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size and applicable freight charges. The applicable freight cost will be displayed and added to the purchase price before the transaction is finalised.

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services and product availability.

Invision Marketing Services is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Where applicable, we may offer:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • refund

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless approved by Invision Marketing Services.

Returned products must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty.

 

8. Compatibility

Hardware purchased through the store is intended for use with Passtab, Resitab, Entrytab or related systems. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their specific installation and configuration.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before placing an order.

 

9. Warranty

Where applicable, hardware products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Invision Marketing Services will assist customers in facilitating warranty claims where appropriate.

These warranties operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invision Marketing Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased through the online store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

11. Use with Software Services

The purchase of hardware through the online store does not include or imply a licence to use Passtab, Resitab, Entrytab or other software products. Software use remains subject to separate software licence or service agreements.

 

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected through the online store will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

13. Changes to Terms

Invision Marketing Services may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the website and will apply to future purchases.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
